How to obtain Slime Serpent

Maldraxxus → Plaguefall, Heroic or Mythic

Set Heroic and enter Plaguefall alone, with no group or other players inside.
Clear the entire dungeon, including Domina Venomblade and the final boss, Margrave Stradama.
Return upstairs to Domina Venomblade’s platform: look in the nearby slime for Curious Slime Serpent.
Interact with and pet the serpent to receive the mount.
