Buy Empty Magma Shell (item 201883) at the auction house, or farm it from Lavaslurper and Basalt Shell in the Waking Shores.
Find Empowered Snail in the lava pool around 71.0, 25.0, east of Scalecracker Keep.
Prepare protection against lava: use Everlasting Horn of Lavaswimming if you have the toy. Another option is help from a healer.
With the shell in your bag, click Empowered Snail and complete the entire interaction channel. A successful channel awards the mount.

Before starting

For Retribution: one Divine Shield lasts less than 20 seconds and cannot cover the full channel on its own. Do not rely on it alone.
If the snail is missing, wait for it to appear in this pool. The shell is consumed when obtaining the mount.
