Travel to Ardenweald. Stand at the entrance to Mistveil Tangle, near Root-Home: 31.04, 54.49.
Dismount and follow the route below on foot. You must use the correct passages: flying straight to the horse does not complete the maze.
Kill Shizgher at the end. Then click Shimmermist Runner itself—killing the guardian alone is not enough.
