Page 161: Firelands. Reach Ragnaros; the page is on his platform by a brazier. Raid entrance: Mount Hyjal, 47.8, 77.7.
Page 655: Uldum in the old Cataclysm phase, 70.5, 78.0, between palm trees by the coast.
Page 845: Siege of Orgrimmar, after the Sha of Pride, in the far corner beyond the portal. Entrance: Vale of Eternal Blossoms, 72.2, 44.5.
Page 1127: Well of Eternity in the Caverns of Time, Heroic. After the first two bosses and the flight, look by the stairs near Illidan and Malfurion, before Mannoroth.
