How to obtain Otto

Dragon Isles → Hissing Grotto, Waking Shores

Obtain Aquatic Shades from Immaculate Sac of Swog Treasures: buy the sack from The Great Swog (Ohn’ahran Plains, 82.3, 73.2) for a Gold Coin of the Isles.
Wear the shades and dance for five minutes on the underwater dance floor in Hissing Grotto (Waking Shores, 19.6, 36.5). After being teleported, pick up Empty Fish Barrel.
Catch and add to the barrel in order: 100 Frigid Floe Fish near Iskaara, 25 Calamitous Carp in the Obsidian Citadel’s lava, then 1 Kingfin, the Wise Whiskerfish near Algeth’ar Academy.
Return the full barrel to Hissing Grotto (around 20.3, 39.7), place it, and complete The Way to an Otto’s Heart with Otto.
