How to obtain Divine Kiss of Ohn’ahra

Ohn’ahran Plains → Godoloto → Ohn’ahra

Reach Renown 25 with Maruuk Centaur, turn in The Highest Honor, and fully obtain the Lizi mount.
Obtain 3 Stolen Breath of Ohn’ahra from Balakar Khan, the final boss of The Nokhud Offensive (any difficulty works).
Buy 1 quality 3 Exultant Incense and 1 Essence of Awakening from Quartermaster Huseng; the Essence requires 1 Occasional Sand and 50 Dragon Isles Supplies.
With all items, speak to Godoloto northwest of Ohn’iri Springs and accept A Whispering Breeze.
Turn in the quest to Ohn’ahra in the Ohn’ahran Plains (57.59, 31.92) to receive the transformation.
