How to obtain Ascended Skymane

Bastion → Ascended Council, 53, 88

Gather helpers and assign the five bells: Courage (33, 60), Humility (72, 39), Purity (64, 70), Wisdom (39, 20), Loyalty (32, 18).
Ring all five within five minutes; this summons the Ascended Council in southern Bastion.
Regroup at Aspirant’s Awakening around 53, 88, defeat the Council, and open Cache of the Ascended.
If the mount does not drop, plan the next eligible attempt: the reward is random.

The main challenge is organizing the summon and receiving the rare reward, not simply finding one boss.
