How to obtain Mimiron’s Head

Northrend → The Storm Peaks → Ulduar

Enter the standard version of Ulduar; this route does not apply to the Timewalking raid.
Defeat bosses and open the way to Yogg-Saron. Do not ask the Keepers to assist in the final fight.
Kill Yogg-Saron with zero assisting Keepers and check for Mimiron’s Head.
If it does not drop, repeat after the weekly reset.

Before starting

Old descriptions mention “25 players”; the current standard Ulduar is unified. The key condition is zero Keepers.
Drops from Yogg-Saron, not Mimiron.
