How to obtain Prophet's Scepter

The Stonecore, Deepholm

In Deepholm, fly to The Stonecore entrance on the Temple of Earth and set Normal dungeon difficulty.
Item source: High Priestess Azil. Check loot and bags after the kill; exact item — #55820.
If the item does not drop, repeat after the reset: raids are usually weekly; Normal dungeons can be reset within the game’s limit.

Before starting

Shared Held in Off-hand item: it has no class restriction. A compatible appearance slot is required; this is not an off-hand combat sword.
The Normal version #55820 has the yellow core shown in the image.
