How to obtain Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest

Firelands + Caverns of Time, Cataclysm

Start A Legendary Engagement with Coridormi in Stormwind or Ziradormi in Orgrimmar, then speak to Anachronos in the Caverns of Time.
For All-Seeing Eye, collect 25 Eternal Embers from Firelands bosses and buy 3 Sands of Time from Yasmin in Uldum.
Complete the story stages, including The Nexus scenario and Delegation with shard charging on Firelands bosses; follow the detailed shard-mechanics guide.
Next you need 1000 Seething Cinders, then 250 Smouldering Essences and Heart of Flame from Ragnaros. This takes several weeks of raid lockouts.
Finish the final ceremony, The Stuff of Legends, and learn the staff’s appearance.

Before starting

Transmog does not grant dragon transformation or copy combat spells. The transformation is tied to the legendary item itself/a separate mount.
