How to obtain Apostle of Argus

Hyjal Summit, Caverns of Time, Tanaris

In the Caverns of Time, choose the Hyjal Summit raid and clear the Alliance and Horde camps to Archimonde.
Item source: Archimonde. Check loot and bags after the kill; exact item — #30908.
If the item does not drop, repeat after the reset: raids are usually weekly; Normal dungeons can be reset within the game’s limit.

Before starting

A class being listed means it can use this weapon type’s appearance, not that the weapon is useful to it in combat.
Random loot: one run does not guarantee the item.
