How to obtain Electric Shock

Maara, Dornogal, Contender’s Gate PvP district

Fly to Dornogal and find Maara <War Mode Supplies> near the PvP vendors. You can use /target Maara.
Buy a stack of Electric Shock with Honor. This is not a toy or an auction house item.
Put it on your action bar and use it when enemies are close. The item in the first screenshot also answers the knockback question.

Before starting

Recent comments and player reports confirm ordinary battleground use. Do not plan to buy it for rated play/arenas; some combat consumables share a cooldown.
