Your route

How to obtain Hellfire Infernal

Broken Isles → Suramar → The Nighthold, Mythic

Set The Nighthold raid difficulty to Mythic before entering.
Reach Gul’dan and complete every phase of the final encounter.
Check his loot for Fiendish Hellfire Core.
If it does not drop, repeat after the Mythic raid’s weekly reset.

Before starting

Ground mount; you need another mount for flying.
The reward is now rare: guaranteed-drop conditions from current-content Legion are outdated.
