How to obtain Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent

Pandaria → Kun-Lai Summit → Sha of Anger

Find Sha of Anger in the open world of Kun-Lai Summit.
Wait for the boss to spawn and deal damage in time to receive kill credit.
Check the reward for Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent.
If unsuccessful, return after the weekly reset; repeated kills on the same character before the reset do not provide unlimited fresh attempts.
