How to obtain Hand of Nilganihmaht

The Maw → cave in the Rift phase, 25.5, 36.8

Collect five rings. Gold Band lies on a mountain in Calcis (19.2, 32.3); Runed Band drops from Torglluun (27.6, 25.0), only in the Rift phase.
Loot Signet Ring from Exos at the Altar of Domination. Reach it using Domination’s Calling or the grappling-hook route in the detailed guide.
Silver Ring: obtain four Seal Breaker Keys from Maldraxxi Defector, Harrower’s Key Ring, Helgarde Supply Caches, and Ylva; open the chest at 66.1, 57.5.
Stone Ring is assembled from four Quartered Ancient Rings during a Necrolord Assault with Putting A Plan Together. See the guide for the exact chest/quest order; forge at 38.9, 39.8.
With all five rings, enter the Rift, find the hand in the cave (entrance 25.5, 32.6), put on the rings, and complete Gotta Hand It To Ya.

Before starting

Stone Ring depends on a specific assault quest; this route cannot always be finished the same day.
The full guide contains maps and separate instructions for all four Stone Ring pieces.
