How to obtain Shadowmourne

Icecrown Citadel 25

Start the chain with Highlord Darion Mograine at the entrance to ICC. A paladin qualifies.
Make Shadow’s Edge, then complete the soul stages and three infusions: Unholy, Blood, and Frost.
Arrange helpers for Blood Infusion: it is a mechanics task, not just a boss kill.
Collect 50 Shadowfrost Shards from ICC 25 bosses and finish the chain. Plan for several weeks.
