How to obtain Thundering Onyx Cloud Serpent

Pandaria → Timeless Isle → Huolon

Travel to the Timeless Isle and find Huolon’s route near the eastern bridge toward Ordon Sanctuary.
Wait for the rare dragon and tag it with an attack in time: old rare enemies die quickly.
Check for Reins of the Thundering Onyx Cloud Serpent.
Hunt it again on later spawns; respawn timing is not an exact schedule.
