How to obtain Fathom Dweller

Broken Shore → secret orbs → open-world Eye of Azshara

Start by speaking with Drak’thul on Broken Shore and find Eroded Relic using the full guide.
Return to Drak’thul, exhaust the required dialogue, and activate 10 Hungering Orbs in the exact specified order.
Check whether DANGER: Kosumoth the Hungering has unlocked.
If the current reward is Fathom Dweller, kill Kosumoth in the open-world Eye of Azshara, around 47, 50.
If the quest offers Hungering Claw, wait for another reward rotation; that is a pet, not a mount.

Before starting

Underwater swimming only: it cannot fly or replace an ordinary ground mount.
Killing Kosumoth without the world quest unlocked does not award the mount. Do not enter the dungeon with the same name.
